About the Director – Niveen Kaileh

Niveen Kaileh is the founder and director of Broadway Childcare & Preschool, where she has been providing high-quality, Montessori-inspired early childhood education since 2016. With a career in education that began in the mid-1990s, Niveen brings nearly three decades of experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.

Her teaching philosophy is deeply rooted in the Montessori approach, emphasizing independence, respect, hands-on learning, and emotional development. Niveen is known for her warm, patient, and nurturing nature, creating an environment where children feel safe, valued, and confident to explore the world around them.

Parents consistently describe Niveen as loving, attentive, and deeply dedicated to every child’s well-being. She takes pride in forming meaningful relationships not only with the children in her care, but also with their families—building a strong sense of trust and community.

In 2016, Niveen founded Broadway Childcare & Preschool with the vision of creating a home-like learning environment that combines structure, compassion, and high educational standards. Under her leadership, the program has become known for its strong focus on kindergarten readiness, social development, and individualized care.

Niveen’s greatest passion is helping children grow into confident, kind, and capable learners, and she remains personally involved in every child’s daily experience at Broadway Childcare & Preschool.
